2. With a mobile phone.

3. With your bank’s Bill Pay to P.O. Box 4661 Cerritos, CA 90703. Your account # will be your apartment address (ex. 123 Happy Pl. #1) and make your payment payable to the payee listed on your Lease Agreement. Bill Pay can take up to 7 days to process and deliver via postal mail. Please contact your bank for more detailed information regarding this payment option.

4. With a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order payment and mail to P.O. Box 4661 Cerritos, CA 90703.

Rent Payment Guidelines

1. Rent is always due on the 1st of the month.

2. Residents submitting late or incorrectly labeled rent checks will be charged a late fee. The late fee is an additional 6% of the monthly base rent.

3. Residents submitting checks returned as NSF (non-sufficient funds) will incur a 6% late fee and a $25 service charge. In addition, the resident will not be allowed to pay rent with a personal check for the next 3 months after bouncing a check.

4. No cash or post-dated checks are accepted for rent payment.
