Water Conservation Initiative™
In 2015, EVERCREST D&M implemented the Water Conservation Initiative™ in response to the California drought crisis and the increasing challenges of climate change. These measures were implemented as a permanent change to operating procedure regarding water usage at all of our properties.
Water Conservation Initiative™ measures include: prioritization of water-related repairs, landscape modification, landscape irrigation reduction, water-efficient device installation, and resident education outreach. Water Conservation Initiative™ measures seek to achieve two goals: 1) significantly reduce water-related operating expenses and 2) preserve diminishing water resources.
